M-C: every Pokémon on 1% of ladder or tournament teams, tiered by how much it’s used and how it does

Each Pokémon scores out of 100: usage (60%, on a log scale, the ladder’s and the tournaments’ averaged), ladder results (20%) and tournament results (20%). Results move a score only when their 90% range clears even on the ladder or the field’s top 8 rate in tournaments; rising or falling on the ladder this week adds or takes 3.
